The mineral water treatment is a wellness and health practice which is widely used in hot spring resorts. It consist into the administration of thermal waters under the form of drink at a certain quantity and temperature. The hot spring waters are usually administered in the morning on an empty stomach, not to interfere with the digestive process. This wellness and health treatment is also administered in the evening, to favour the elimination of uric acid and viruses during the night. This wellness and health procedure should last at least two weeks, during which the patient is under medical control.
